Professional
Info

I cultivated my strengths-based holistic approach in various roles including mental health therapist, researcher, principal, school counselor, and content director for an EdTech start-up. I have experience managing onsite and virtual professional projects. My EdD program prepares transformational leaders who apply evidence-based practices to improve outcomes. Though meticulous about details, I balance this with a growth mindset, collaborative spirit, and ‘big picture’ ideas. Intrinsically motivated, creative, and agile, I successfully manage remote work environments across multiple domains.
